1 min readNBA legend Shacquille O’Neal is using his celebrity status to help improve the dismal performance of the advertising and marketing industry relative to equity and inclusion. The agency plans to hire a diverse pool of talent defined by “black and brown people, women and LGBTQ,” according to Farhang, co-founder and chief executive of Majority.
